There is no doubt we are working in extraordinary times. The emergence and implications of COVID-19 have resulted in us needing to work remotely and in doing so explore how we can do this in a meaningful and effective way and still deliver a great service to our customers. In addition to this, thinking beyond the present, we also understand that as an organisation we have a desire to develop and adopt a digital and flexible approach to what we do. Leaders play a vital role in enabling our employees to flourish, perform to the best of their abilities and achieve great things while working remotely, supporting them as they adapt to new and different ways of doing things and achieve a good balance between their working and home lives.
