We are committed to developing and empowering our staff and using a coaching approach is integral to this ethos. This pathway is designed to support & develop a coaching culture within the Council. In this pathway you will find a range of practical resources, grouped into themes. It details all the different tools, and support that we offer to help you learn, develop and improve your coaching skills.
