This pathway is for all childcare staff working in residential care who are not Social Work qualified. The pathway will guide you through the Learning and Development opportunities available to you in your first two years in post.

Fire Safety - An Introduction (WSCC Care Establishments - Adults and Children's)  
This interactive, half-day workshop is for all Care Establishment staff and will provide you with an understanding of fire, how it starts and spreads and the most effective ways of extinguishing different types of fire.
