Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Basic Awareness  
This 2.5 hour workshop is for WSCC and local authority staff and partners agencies to increase awareness about Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. Modern Slavery is a priority for the West Sussex Safer Communities Partnership as one of the areas of high risk due to the severe and long term impact that it has upon the vulnerable, which includes the exploitation of men, women and children, and the need for a multi-agency response to tackle it effectively. Managing Medication Audits (EVENT FULL)  
This half day workshop is for senior care support staff, that are accountable for the management of medication in their establishment and who wish to implement or improve audits in medication. The workshop will include a general update on any new local/national legislation and guidance, plus the use of an audit tool. You must be up to date with Medication Administration Level 2 training (training completed within the last 2 years) and have a general understanding of a Medication Policy, preferably the West Sussex County Council Medication Policy.
