    Coaching for Performance for PVI Managers Only
    This 2 day course is for those with management responsibilities within the private, voluntary and independent (PVI) care sector. The course seeks to introduces you to the 'coach approach' to management, a focused and practical way to grow and lead your people. It provides a framework of skills which can apply to informal conversations, formal development and appraisals/supervisions. It also helps build co-coaching relationships with peers that sustain beyond the length of the programme, helping create a sustainable culture of coaching.
