Event Description This online learning module is for all West Sussex County Council (WSCC) staff and managers. We are all currently having to work in different ways, through new challenges and uncertain times. This resource has been created to support you during this time.

It includes guidance and tips on working remotely, looking after your well-being, communicating effectively using online tools, and managing a remote team.
Training Objectives The aim of this online module is to guide you in being able to successfully work remotely, communicate effectively using online tools and look after your own physical and mental health. It will also help you in managing and supporting your team remotely. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt in this online module, you will be able to;

  • Use Remote Working tips in order to set up your workstation, plan your activities and manage your focus.
  • Take practical steps to look after your own physical and mental well-being.
