Event Description |
This 10 minute online learning module is for West Sussex County Council (WSCC) staff and staff in the Care Sector providing a service to residents of West Sussex.
It will explore diplomacy and tact, which are essential workplace skills which take time, patience and good judgement to develop as each person and situation is unique. By honing these skills you will be able to convey your ideas or opinions without damaging relationships or causing offence. |
