Event Description |
This 15 minute online learning module is for WSCC staff and staff in the Care Sector providing a service to residents of West Sussex. It will raise your awareness of the importance of personal hygiene and the practices and procedures that must be followed when working with food.
Please note this online learning module is a good introduction to this subject, however; the Level 2 Food Safety qualification is still required by law for staff in a catering role.
