Event Description |
This 15 minute online learning module is for WSCC staff and staff in the Care Sector providing a service to residents of West Sussex.
It will provide you with an introduction to food standards in the UK, the laws in place to protect consumers and businesses, and the importance of maintaining high standards in the preparation, processing, distribution or service of food. Please note this online learning module is a good introduction to this subject, however; the Level 2 Food Safety qualification is still required by law for staff in a catering role. |
