This module is for all Early Help Service staff. It introduces you to the Free Entitlement (FE) funding for 2, 3 and 4 year old children, explains which children are eligible and how parents and carers access places at providers. It also enables Children and Family Centre staff to deal with enquiries from parents and carers effectively.
