Event Description This module is for all staff working in social care. It will give you an overall awareness of care and support planning as described by the Care Act 2014.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to provide you with an overview of the importance of care and support planning when it comes to the Care Act 2014. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt on this module you will be able to:

  • Identify the principles, processes and key elements in care and support planning
  • Explain context and considerations in care and support planning
  • Examine planning for people at risk and those who lack capacity
  • Plan agreement and sign-off
