Event Description This module is for all manager and explores a powerful approach to team development, facilitation and the skills needed to make it work.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to introduce you to the skills of Facilitation and how to lead a team through the art of facilitating. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt on this module you will be able to:

  • State what facilitation is and how it differs from other team development approaches
  • Identify the difference between structure, process, content and relationships in team development and when to concentrate on each
  • Observe, listen and interpret what a team's doing
