Practical Steps Positive Outcomes - Understanding Inclusive Practice (full day webinar)

Event Description This full day webinar is suitable for any early years practitioner.

Children have a right, spelled out in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, to provision which enables them to develop their personalities, talents and abilities irrespective of ethnicity, culture or religion, home language, family background, learning difficulties, disabilities or gender.
This stimulating and interactive course explores our attitudes to inclusion and unconscious bias. Models of inclusion are considered plus an overview of vulnerable groups of children and factors that can affect progress. Audits that support reflection of inclusive practice and provision will be provided. Content fully aligns with the revised EYFS, in place from September 2021.
