![]() This Safer Recruitment webinar, delivered over 2 half day sessions via Skype, is for managers in Early Help or Children's Social and Residential Care who are responsible for recruiting staff who work with children and young people, or who are involved in providing services for them. It seeks to assist you in raising your awareness and improving your practice throughout the interview and recruitment selection process of new staff in order that you maximise the opportunity for hiring suitable candidates within the wider context of safeguarding. During the course you will complete a multiple choice assessment to gain their certification. Please note you need to book onto and attend both half days to complete the course and assessment. Prior to the webinar you will be emailed pre-course work to complete which forms the basis for discussion during the webinar. |
