Event Description | This half day course is aimed at transport staff working with children and vulnerable adults. Training objectives | The aim of this course to improve service delivery and customer skills for drivers and passenger assistants transporting passengers with disabilities. The course delivers its objectives from a customer perspective and focusses on a range of disabilities and epilepsy. It also delivers participants information on legislation and good practice on the transporting of wheelchairs, plus direction on the procedures for responding to and reporting medical incidents. |
