Event Description This 2 hour course is an interactive Skype webinar for WSCC Managers will explore unconscious bias and how it can impact the delivery of services and affect workplace decisions and behaviours. Unconscious bias at work can influence decisions in recruitment, promotion, staff development and recognition, and can lead to a less diverse workforce. This event will provide insight into how our behaviour might be affected by unconscious bias and looks at what we can do to reduce or eliminate its influence on the decisions that we make.
