Supporting Positive Behaviour in People with Learning Disabilities

Event Description This 3-hour Skype webinar is part of a blended learning approach aimed at those who are supporting people with Learning Disabilities who may behave in ways that could be perceived as challenging.

This interactive Skype session is supported by individual pre-session course work. You need to complete both parts of this course in order to successfully attend this event:
  • Pre-session coursework
  • A three-hour online webinar over Skype.

  • When you book on to this event, you will be sent a confirmation email from and an Outlook calendar appointment for an interactive online webinar. Please download and add the meeting invite into your Outlook calendar. You will find this attached to your confirmation email.

    You will need to attend this webinar via a laptop with video and microphone capabilities in order to fully participate.

    Before the webinar takes place, you will receive a workbook to complete. Please note that you will need to spend a minimum of 2-3 hours completing this work before the webinar, as you will need to bring your notes and reflections to the webinar.
