Training objectives The aim of this workshop is to outline the context, vision and model for the new ways of working with families to provide early help through a multi-agency Early Help/Think Family system. The course will use the new Thresholds Document, published in April 2016, to consider what factors contribute to safe decision making at level 3-4 and how we can work better together to support children and families as they step up and down between levels 3 & 4.
