Training objectives The aim of this course is to support you in growing your awareness of the concept of inclusion so that you can identify the key elements of the Inclusion Coordinator (INCO)/ Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) role and understand essential record keeping involved in the writing of individual plans.
You will explore professional approaches and systems which promote the effective coordination of support, and be introduced to practical ideas aimed at making support effective and manageable.
You will also investigate the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Code of Practice and its implications for practice and provision.
