Event Description This one day training course is aimed at all professionals who work with looked after young people including social workers, social work team managers and foster carers.

It is facilitated by looked after young people and care leavers.

The course shares the experiences of looked after young people and encourages you to recognise the importance of the participation of looked after young people in decision making and in their everyday lives.

The training consists of a range of interactive and thought provoking activities which helps refocus you on the feelings and experiences of young people in the care system and can be applied to all direct work with young people.
