This online learning module is mandatory for anyone who requires access to Mosaic.
Keeping up to date records of the various interactions while working with a person is an essential skill for all workers. This module will explore how to read, print, search for, and write Case Notes in Mosaic. You will also explore how to copy and append Case Notes. |

Course Pre-Requisites | This online learning course is mandatory for anyone who requires access to Mosaic.
Depending on which level of access you require you will need to do the following: *Anyone in Children’s Services should complete the Using Groups in Mosaic module. *Anyone with a lead role on Mosaic i.e. Manager Senior Practitioner or anyone who will use the virtual reassignment worker must also complete module 14. |
