This online learning module is mandatory for anyone who requires access to Mosaic.
In this first module, you will learn what Mosaic is and the standards you must adhere to when using Mosaic. You will also explore how to navigate Mosaic and how to use the Workview. |

Course Pre-Requisites | This online learning course is mandatory for anyone who requires access to Mosaic.
Depending on which level of access you require you will need to do the following: *Anyone in Children’s Services should complete the Using Groups in Mosaic module. *Anyone with a lead role on Mosaic i.e. Manager Senior Practitioner or anyone who will use the virtual reassignment worker must also complete module 14. |
