Event Description | This online learning module is for West Sussex County Council staff who work in any setting that produces, provides or serves food and drinks, for example, day services, residential settings, nursery’s or schools, etc. It will support you in having and awareness of your legal responsibility relating to allergens and what this means for how you support the people in your care. | ||||||||||
Training Objectives | The aim of this module is to help you learn the 14 allergens that you must declare by law as well as introduce you to the legislation and regulation behind them so that you can implement safe working practices into your everyday role when supporting the people that you care for. | ||||||||||
