Event Description | This online learning module is aimed at anyone who is working directly with parents, families or children and is also appropriate for parents and carers. It will focus specifically on sleep problems that commonly occur in young people from birth through to adolescence. | ||||||||||
Training Objectives | The aim of this module is to tie together what you have learnt in the first three modules in the Sleep Well series, outline some of the most common sleep disturbances and look at possible techniques that can be used to manage or minimise sleep problems. | ||||||||||
