Event Description | This 10 minute online learning module is for Organisation Directors and Senior Managers. It will help you gain an awareness of your responsibilities regarding health and safety, in light of the changes in sentencing guidelines of the Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007, and how a failure to meet these responsibilities could now result in imprisonment. | ||||||||||
