Sleep Well - Getting the Best Night's Sleep

Event Description This online learning module is aimed at anyone who is working directly with parents, families or children and is also appropriate for parents and carers.

It will introduce you to the optimal sleep conditions and practices, which will lead to the best night's sleep possible.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to provide you with the knowledge and awareness of how to promote the best night's sleep for children.

It aims to improve knowledge and understanding, however, does not result in a formal qualification. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt in this module, you will be able to:

  • Outline optimal sleep conditions and practices.
  • Recognise the different factors which can impact sleep and what their impact is.
  • Recognise the importance of good routines & appropriate sleep associations.
