Event Description This 10-minute online module is for staff at West Sussex County Council and focusses on Creativity, its importance in the workplace, and how to develop the creative skills that will help you and the teams you work in be more successful in thinking and problem solving.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to support you in exploring why creativity is important in the workplace and how you can make it one of your top skills as well as how to support and encourage its development in others. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt in this online module you will be able to;

  • Have an awareness of the importance of Creativity in the workplace.
  • Identify ways of working that will enable you to make it one of your top skills.
