Event Description This 15 minute online learning module is for WSCC staff and staff in the Care Sector providing a service to residents of West Sussex. It will explore the importance of sustainability and ways in which we can reduce our harmful impact on the environment to make a better world for future generations.

Please note, this module covers generic content and so WSCC staff should refer to internal Sustainability policies and resources.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to introduce you to sustainability, the consequences of inaction, and the importance of environmental awareness. It will look at how individuals, businesses and governments can bring about change. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt in this online module you will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of sustainability.
  • Identify how we can reduce our harmful impact on the environment to make a better world for future generations.
