Temperature Control

Event Description This 15 minute online learning module is for WSCC staff and staff in the Care Sector providing a service to residents of West Sussex. It will raise your awareness of the importance of temperature control in food preparation.

Please note this online learning module is a good introduction to this subject, however; the Level 2 Food Safety qualification is still required by law for staff in a catering role.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to examine how both time and temperature influence the growth of bacteria. Furthermore, it will look at the law in relation to temperature control and the consequences of non-compliance. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt in this online module you will be able to:
