Event Description |
This 15 minute online learning module is for staff in the Care Sector providing a service to residents of West Sussex. It will provide you with an introduction to hygiene in relation to food premises.
Please note this online learning module is a good introduction to this subject, however; the Level 2 Food Safety qualification is still required by law for staff in a catering role. |
