Event Description This 15-minute online learning module is for [INSERT AUDIENCE AS APPROPRIATE] and seeks to provide you with an introduction to food-borne illness and its consequences.

Please note this online learning module is a good introduction to this subject, however; the Level 2 Food Safety qualification is still required by law for staff in a catering role.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to explore food-borne illness and its consequences. Furthermore, it will provide you with some vital statistics to highlight the importance of food safety.
