Event Description | This 15 minute online learning module is for anyone wishing to learn how to be Assertive. It will introduce you to the skills required for Assertiveness and how to put them into practice. | ||||||||||
Training Objectives | The aim of this module is to support you in looking at different types of behaviours: passive, aggressive and assertive and considers the factors that can influence how a person behaves, both culturally and generationally. You will examine the skills required for assertiveness and how to put them into practice. When faced with criticism or demands, being assertive can be quite difficult and you will uncover some assertive techniques that can be used under these circumstances. |
