Event Description This short video module is for all WSCC managers and will introduce you to Making Workplace Adjustments for Colleagues with Mental Health Conditions.
Training Objectives The aim of this video is to provide managers with guidance on making workplace adjustments for colleagues with mental health conditions and managing the possible impact of a reasonable adjustment upon the rest of the team. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt on this video you will be able to:

  • Identify what mental ill health is and what some of the most common mental health conditions are.
  • Identify triggers that might lead to the development of a mental health condition
  • Raise awareness of mental ill health in the workplace and support colleagues with mental ill health.
