Event Description This module is for all Early Help Service staff. It introduces you to the Family Information Service, what it provides and how it is delivered.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to provide you with an introduction and overview of the Family Information Service. 
Learning Outcomes If you apply what you have learnt on this course you will be able to:

  • Discover what sort of information FIS holds
  • State how to deal with customer enquiries
  • Recognise how we work with the Customer Service Centre
  • Identify how to access FIS information
  • Discover what information FIS can supply to support you
