Outlook 2010 for Beginners

Event Description This module is for all staff who are beginners to Word 2010 or those who would like to brush up on their skills.

The course is made up of a number of modules and begins with an introduction into the basics on Outlook; what it is, how it works and why it is useful. You will then begin learning more about the user interface of the program and how to navigate Outlook. From here, a few basic functions will be taught such as using folders and printing.
Training Objectives The aim of this module is to enhance your productivity and resourcefulness with Outlook 2010.

  • Recognise the ribbon layout
