Developing Personal and Professional Resilience

This training is currently being delivered as a workbook followed by a webinar.

The aim of the workbook is to support you to take time out, to think about what resilience means to you, and how you can increase your resilience. We will consider some of the things that can impact on your resilience and offer a range of tools and techniques that can be employed to enhance your resilience both in your personal and professional life.

This webinar will offer you the opportunity to share with others what resilience means to you and your thoughts and experiences of completing the workbook.
The aim of this workshop is to enable you to consider your personal resilience and, using a variety of strategies, build on and improve upon your current personal and professional resilience practices.
If you apply what you have learnt on this course you will be able to;

  • Define what resilience means for you personally.
  • Identify factors that impact on resilience.
  • Recognise areas that you can build upon to enhanced your own personal resilience.
  • Have an awareness of and begin to implement a range of different tools and strategies that can help you maintain and build your personal resilience.
  • Please complete the workbook before attending the session.
