![]() Therefore, this 2-hour webinar, via MS Teams has been designed to ensure you and your staff have a good and successful experience when embarking on a change journey. This first foundation module concentrates mainly on what you need to think about when going through the change process in terms of leadership, problem solving, engaging and influencing staff, getting things done, the power of teamwork and personal resilience. The second module, also a 2-hour webinar, called ‘Impactful Change Conversations’ focusses on how to conduct those change conversations, what you should be saying and doing to ensure your staff feel safe, engaged, valued and inspired. Impactful Change Conversations is booked separately via the L&D Gateway. |

The aim of this webinar is to help build confidence in managers and supervisors, to ensure you treat your staff in line with our values and make staff feel valued, engaged and motivated to embrace the change journey you are both facing.

If you apply what you have learnt on this webinar you will be able to:

Before participating in this webinar, you will need to have completed a Self Assessment Tool for People and Change Management, which will be sent to you at the time of booking. The results of the questionnaire feed into both module 1 and module 2. It’s an easy form with 5 questions on it where you can self-rate your skills around people and change.
