Customer Service Training

This 3.5 hour webinar is for staff at West Sussex County Council and Organisations who work in close partnership with us. It is designed, in line with our organisational values to support you in increasing your awareness of what excellent Customer Service is and how to deliver it.

The County Council's aim is to operate as a customer centred organisation, thinking about the service we provide to our customers and placing it at the heart of all we do, in every decision and every action.
The aim of this webinar is to enable you to recognise the standard for what great Customer Service looks like. It will assist you in acquiring the tools required to deliver excellent communication, do the basics brilliantly and support each other as one council, all public service officers.

It will also support you in welcoming customer feedback as an opportunity to solve problems for customers, enhance relations with them and learn how we can improve services for all.
If you apply what you have learnt in this webinar you will be able to:

  • Identify our customer promise.
  • Demonstrate good customer service.
  • Make a difference to our organisation and our internal and external customers.
  • Take proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer contact.
